The victim, Robert K., who performed under the name Siemion Skriepiecki, was a Russian artist known for satirical and critical content directed at the regime of Vladimir Putin (Zabójstwo Rosjanina, przeciwnika Putina, w Białej Podlaskiej. The fatal incident occurred on June 16, 2026, before 10 a.m. on Królowej Jadwigi Street in Biała Podlaska. The assailant fired multiple shots at close range, resulting in seven gunshot wounds, including injuries to the head and torso.

Second Arrest and Legal Proceedings

Minister-Coordinator of Special Services Tomasz Siemoniak confirmed the detention of a second suspect in the killing of the Russian national in Biała Podlaska (Zabójstwo Rosjanina w Białej Podlaskiej. ABW zatrzymała drugiego podejrzanego – Interia Wydarzenia). The individual is a 22-year-old citizen of Georgia, suspected of complicity in the crime. Prosecutors allege that the suspect aided the murder, and he has not admitted guilt. The court decided to apply a three-month pre-trial detention measure against the second suspect.

Previous Detention in the Case

Earlier, on June 18, a 36-year-old Georgian man named Elnur A. was detained near Warsaw.

Investigation Scope

Investigators are examining the circumstances surrounding the murder, including the possibility of involvement from foreign intelligence services.
