The alarm reached the fire service early in the morning. The emergency medical dispatch center in the Silesian region passed the request to the city fire commander at 4:57 a.m., asking crews to help paramedics get inside the Rodzinne Ogródki Działkowe site on ul. Mikołajczyka in Bielsko-Biała. A unit from the first rescue group was dispatched to the scene.

Gate forced, patient reached

According to the fire service, crews forced one of the entrance gates with a hooligan tool and walked to a plot where a man was waiting for help. He had reported health problems. Paramedics gave him medical treatment at the scene, and the team leader decided to take him to hospital for tests.
