Trump's assessment

President Donald Trump said Friday that Russia and Ukraine appear, for the first time, willing to reach an agreement. A member of the Ukrainian negotiating team, Dawyd Arachamija, said the new US approach moves away from focusing on the Donbas question, which he called unresolvable.
