According to the Ukrainian Українська правда, which cites Європейська правда and Polsat News, Polish Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz is to meet US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth at the Pentagon on 10 November. The talks are to concern, among other things, the permanent presence of American troops in Poland; earlier, the politician had announced a visit to the USA at the beginning of next week. The portal also recalls that the American side decided to set up a PAC-3 MSE missile service centre in Poland for Patriot systems, though no location or launch date has yet been given (Міністр оборони Польщі вирушить до США говорити про постійну військову базу – Українська правда).

The Ukrainian Правда (Українська правда), a Ukrainian news portal, reports that Poland will allocate 8 million złoty (about 1.8 million euro) for the purchase of electricity generators for Ukraine, which, according to this publisher, was announced by Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski, citing PAP via Європейська правда. As Українська правда reports, after a meeting in Warsaw of foreign ministers of the Baltic Sea region with Kaja Kallas, Sikorski stressed the need to further strengthen military and financial support for Ukraine, especially preparations for winter and the stability of the energy sector, and that Russia should reckon with rising costs of its aggression. The same publisher recalls that Slovakia announced 1 million euro for generators, shelters and medical equipment, and the Netherlands 1.2 billion euro in non-military aid over three years (Польща надасть 8 млн злотих на придбання електрогенераторів для України – Українська правда).

A similar thread appears in the Russian propaganda media Wiesti.ru, which – according to its own account – describes the same statement, again without presenting evidence, and the claim itself remains unconfirmed (В МИД Польши утверждают, что Маск купил X на российские деньги – Wiesti.ru (media propagandowe)).

Belarusian press

The Belarusian portal Reform.news reports that in Poznań, at the "Słowiańska" tram stop, a Polish-Belarusian mural about cooperation between the two nations has appeared. It depicts two girls jointly caring for a flower, which according to the authors symbolises a shared European future. As Reform.news reports, the idea was initiated by 17-year-old Belarusian Alisa, and the mural was painted by a Belarusian artist who does not disclose her surname, and the Polish artist Erika ERI (У Познані з’явіўся польска-беларускі мурал пра супрацу і падтрымку – Reform.news).

Russian press

The Russian portal Wiesti.ru (propaganda media) reports that Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski claims Elon Musk bought the platform X with Russian money, and that since then the service has deteriorated. According to Wiesti.ru (propaganda media), Sikorski said this in an interview with the portal sprawdzamto.pl, without presenting any evidence, and at the same time spoke of a rise in the number of bots and hateful comments on the platform. It should be stressed that this is a message of Kremlin propaganda, and the claims presented in it are not confirmed.
