Before a sale contract is signed, the buyer must clear outstanding utility debts on the flat.

The property

The apartment covers 193.2 square metres on two levels of the sixth floor of a six-storey building on Saksahanskoho Street, in Kyiv's historic centre. It has three rooms, studies, a kitchen, two bathrooms and three balconies, and is in satisfactory condition. The asset was transferred to state revenue under a High Anti-Corruption Court ruling as part of sanctions enforcement. The flat housed the office of Lebedev's design studio.
