Output and staffing

Production started before the official opening, which took place on 3 November. The company says the plant will double its existing production capacity and widen the range of parameters its equipment can meet. ZREW expects to employ roughly 200 people, including engineers, technicians and other specialists.

Developers and the market

Analysts note that developers are becoming more cautious about projects that lack a secured tenant before construction begins. The ZREW deal, which was signed with an anchor occupier in advance, is an example of the pre-leased build-to-suit projects attracting the most interest in the industrial property market.
