ZUS warns of service disruptions on Saturday, 7 November 2026, from 5:30 to 12:00

Scope of the disruption

ZUS has scheduled maintenance work for Saturday, 7 November 2026, from 5:30 to 12:00 (Problemy z pobieraniem list TSL w Programie Płatnik? During these hours, electronic communication with the institution may be limited in three areas.

In the Płatnik program, users may have trouble downloading data. In ePłatnik, available through PUE ZUS, verification services used when creating documents may be restricted. Applications used to issue e-sick-leave certificates (e-ZLA) may not allow cancelling certificates already issued.

Workaround for medical staff

During the outage, doctors and medical assistants can still issue e-ZLA through the mZUS dla Lekarza mobile app, provided it is installed on their device and linked to their account. ZUS did not say the whole electronic service network would be shut down; the restrictions are limited to the listed tools.

TSL list problems in Płatnik

Separately, ZUS reported problems downloading TSL lists in Płatnik. Users who run into this must change the TSL list address by hand. The steps are: log in to Płatnik, go to Przekaz, then Ustawienia przekazu elektronicznego, open the TSL tab, and enter the address given in the notice in the TSL list address field. The user then clicks Aktualizuj.

Who is affected

The restrictions mainly concern employers and payers of contributions who use Płatnik and ePłatnik, doctors who issue e-sick-leave, and individual clients who use ZUS online services. The notice was published on 5 November.
