Planned Downtime for e-Dokumenty System Announced by Tax Administration

System Maintenance Schedule

The Tax Administration has announced scheduled technical work on the e-Dokumenty system. The maintenance will run from 23:00 on October 29, 2026, until 02:00 on October 30, 2026 (Pilny komunikat Urzędu Skarbowego. Poinformowano wszystkich podatników :: RMF FM – rmf.fm). During this period, the submission of various electronic files will be unavailable.

Affected Tax Filings

Taxpayers will be unable to transmit several types of documents during the maintenance window.

Guidance for Taxpayers

Taxpayers intending to submit JPK files or any of the listed documents around the specified dates must submit them before 23:00 on October 29, or wait until the system resumes operation after 02:00 on October 30. The official notice of this technical interruption was published on the Tax Administration's website.

Legislative Updates Regarding e-Invoicing

Separately, the Council of Ministers adopted a draft law. The draft still requires further progress through the legislative process.
