Environmental Assessment Closes for Urban Mobility Call

The environmental evaluation of submissions under call FELB.03.02-IZ.00-002/26 finished on October 26, 2026 (Zakończenie oceny środowiskowej wniosków w ramach naboru nr FELB.03.02-IZ.00-002/26 - Fundusze Europejskie dla Lubuskiego – lubuskie.pl). The call falls under the European Funds for Lubuskie 2021-2027 program, Priority FELB.03, which covers urban mobility in the Lubuskie Voivodeship, under action 03.02 using the ZIT territorial instrument. Projects with a positive environmental rating proceed to the next stage of the selection process. A list of applications admitted to this stage was published with the announcement.

Context within the Regional Programme

The regional program ran several calls this autumn. A separate, non-competitive call for strategic road and bridge infrastructure under action 13.2 concluded on October 23, 2026, with two applications worth PLN 193,280,244.05 combined (Fundusze Europejskie dla Lubuskiego zakończenie naboru w Działaniu 13.2 Rozwój odpornej infrastruktury obronnej w zakresie infrastruktury liniowej, ochrony zdrowia, obiektów zbiorowej ochrony – Portal Funduszy Europejskich). The urban mobility projects under FELB.03.02 are smaller than that infrastructure call, which is related to defense.
