A Russian drone struck a private house in the village of Khotiv in Obukhiv district of Kyiv region, killing a 14-year-old child (Росіяни вдарили дроном по будинку на Київщині, загинула 14-річна дитина – Українська правда) (Російський дрон убив 14-річну дитину в Хотові на Київщині – Suspilne). Regional governor Tymur Tkachenko said the drone hit the house directly and that it burned down completely. Ukrainian media describe the strike as having been carried out by Russian forces (Російський дрон убив 14-річну дитину на Київщині: будинок вигорів ущент – TSN).

Injured parent and rescue work

Preliminary information indicates that one of the child's parents was also wounded. Firefighters were working at the site on Monday to put out the blaze, according to Tkachenko. Attacks on the Kyiv region
